Getting Involved
There are many ways to become involved at both Smeal and Penn State. There are over thirty student organizations at Smeal that will help you make friends and determine your future business interests. Access internships and co-op opportunities that will help set you apart when it comes to real world experience. Attend one of the largest Career Fairs in the United States here at Penn State. Act as a trader on Wall Street in the Smeal College Trading Room or as a participant in the Nittany Lion Fund. Hone your professional development through venues such as theS.T.A.R.T. Conference and the Next CEO Competition. With so many options, we encourage you to get started with these activities early in your college career.
Student Organizations
You will find plenty of ways to become involved on campus. There are over thirty active student organizations that will help you learn more about your field of study and give you opportunities for learning leadership skills. You also have access to more than 600 clubs and organizations scattered throughout campus so that you can forge friendships through shared interests. Wherever your interests are, there is a club that matches those interests.
